Exhibitors must be a member of SCMESA. Your exhibit space and registration is included in your membership. You will still be required to register for the event to allow for an accurate head count. Not a SCMESA Associate Member? Join Here
What we will provide:
• A 6-foot exhibit table with a tablecloth
• Contact lists - the attendee list is emailed to registrants 5 days before the conference, and again afterward if there are any late sign-ups
Shipping Boxes to the Hotel:
Packages should be no larger than 3 ft. by 3 ft. and should not arrive more than 1 week prior to the event.
